Editorial policy

We write for US buyers using shopping agents. Our testing team orders products, checks warehouse QC, measures items, and tracks shipments. Sponsored placements are labeled at the top and never receive a score. We separate news, guides, and reviews. We use primary sources: agent fee pages, shipping line tariffs, customs notices, and our own test logs. We correct errors in the body and note the change. We do not accept payment for reviews.

Ratings use the full five-point scale: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor and 1 very poor. Explain the criteria and relevant measurements; use an unscored guide when essential evidence is unavailable.
